Enchanted Nails, (west edmonton mall location) very disappointed with my experience at Enchanted Nails. I went in to have my existing nail set removed and to get a manicure. The existing set was removed very harshly, without properly filing it down or using appropriate removal products. The process was very painful and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the manicure was also poorly done. The surface of my nails was left extremely rough and uneven, to the point that my nails catch on my clothes.
