I gave a $100 Gloss gift card for pedicures as a gift from Enchanted Nail Lounge. Sadly, the proprietor works out of a reputable salon BUT there is no way to contact her for questions or to set appts - she simply doesn’t answer her phone, text messages and didn't even respond to a hand written note left for her a month ago at the salon (the salon attendant also said to us "we can’t get in touch with her either!").
