Worst place to live in Polk County. We no longer have any idea as to who the management is in this place. There’s no maintenance anymore, as they’re too cheap to pay anyone. Constant problems with the water and septic. Neither one were designed to supply this many people. While they finally fixed the roads, there’s nothing to do here. Tenants don’t follow the rules.
