loving it The Receptionist/ Leasing agent was amazing. Very Helpful and friendly even if the process took alittle longer then normal. The apartments are nice. When something needs to be fixed they get to it and the men are really nice who come in your home. I haven't had any problems so far.. The only one thing i know is alittle bad is that the Walls are alittle thin that i can hear the kids on both sides of me through the walls and i know my little peanut can probably be heard as well as she is a screamer when she gets frus... read more
Rental townhomes I have went to see these townhouses for rent, very beautiful, very clean, spacious, but, you need to do a credit check to get into one of these beautiful homes, which I don't blame them for being cautious of who rents them, pretty affordable, close to grocery stores, in town, I would recommend if you are looking for a place to live.
Rent I was looking for a place to move to.These townhouses are so beautiful, but if your credit isn't good enough, you aren't getting into one. You have to also pay a fee just to get a backround check, if it isn't good enough you just lost out on that money.
Good Christian People If your going to rent an apartment any place, this is the place to rent, she is a good Christian, and very friendly, she has some 2 bedroom available now, all you have to do is come in and fill out an Appalachian, and it will only take a couple days before you hear back from her. There are 3 Bedrooms, but none available at this time, but you can put your name on the waiting list, the apartments are Subsidized ( Equal housing Opportunity. The bedrooms are not very small, and there is carping all threw th... read more

family area I really like the atmosphere of these townhouses. I haven't lived there but have many friends which do. and i heared the administration keep high maintenance too. but the big advantage there is that they precise your rental according to your income. the only problem about it is that it is up hill so you need a real sturdy car specially with snow in winter
Family friendly I have tons of friends who live over there and they just love it. It's a family atmosphere and you feel safe about your kids. They have income guidlines so you pay rent according to your income. Sometimes they have long wait list.
