I called to order for the next day but instead had a gorgeous arrangement delivered a couple hours later. I expected them to do a great job and was not disappointed and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The prices are outrageous and the customer service is awful. Owners don't care about how they treat customers in Lewiston because they're the only florist in town. GO TO WEGMANS, it's worth the drive into Niagara Falls. Owners are extremely rude in emailed replies to customer reviews. They've gotten comfortable doing the bare minimum and charging the absolute most.

My brother is out of town and ordered an expensive bouquet for my mother. It was nothing special but flowers actually started drooping and dying within three days. When we complained, they seemed insulted. I guess they don’t know what customer service is. I brought the bouquet back in to show them and was called a name. We will never use this florist again not because the bouquet was unhealthy and overpriced but because they have no customer service.
