The prices are outrageous and the customer service is awful. Owners don't care about how they treat customers in Lewiston because they're the only florist in town. GO TO WEGMANS, it's worth the drive into Niagara Falls. Owners are extremely rude in emailed replies to customer reviews. They've gotten comfortable doing the bare minimum and charging the absolute most.
My brother is out of town and ordered an expensive bouquet for my mother. It was nothing special but flowers actually started drooping and dying within three days. When we complained, they seemed insulted. I guess they don’t know what customer service is. I brought the bouquet back in to show them and was called a name. We will never use this florist again not because the bouquet was unhealthy and overpriced but because they have no customer service. I ordered a wrist corsage for my daughter’s shower and went to pick it up on June 28, 2025. I was shocked at the price when I ordered over the Phone however I was told it was going to be gorgeous!. The day before the shower, I was told that the florist shop was open until 12. We pulled up and the owner was in the parking lot in her vehicle and the store was closed. The door was opened for us. I'm disappointed in this business. I ordered in good faith and flowers they sent did not represent picture for a family funeral . When I called to explain this the person at florist got indignant saying if you do a review this will not be Christian like and you won't be blessed then she hung up and texted my phones unbelievable .
