Excellent service. Called from out of town to order an arrangement for local delivery. I spoke to Jack. He and his staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They worked within my budget and my requirements to create a beautiful centerpiece. They even texted me a photo of a sample for my approval. It was delivered on time and was loved by my family in Scottsdale. I look forward to working with them again.
It was my sister-in-laws birthday and wanted the flowers to be especially nice. I live in Illinois she lives in Scottsdale. I called Enchanted Florist and spoke to Dale who was very helpful. I asked him if it would be possible for him to send me a text or email of the arrangement so I was able to see what we sent. Well he did text me the arrangement and it was absolutely gorgeous!!!!!!! Dropped in today to pick up an arrangement for a co-worker, the salesperson was pleasant and very helpful.
The owner stayed open late (they close at 5pm on Friday, which I was disappointed to hear) for me, which started the visit off just right. She genuinely seemed to appreciate my business, and never made me feel bad for staying late. She also helped me pick out the perfect bouquet, which my wife loved, so I can't ask for much more. I thought the price for the bouquet - $34 - was a bit on the high side, but next time, I'll just be more clear on what I'm looking to spend.
