Please read to end as I have edited my results at the end of this original review. Service was terrible. My particular salesman gave me the complete runaround after we agreed to a diamond and an engagement/wedding set. He never called or texted me back even when he told me he would in a few hours. I picked out a diamond, they said the small jeweler that had it was on vacation, then several days later they told me it was in India. This company has shut down operations leaving many customers in a financial nightmare. The phones are disconnected. If this happened to you, please go to PriceScope . com to read the Enchanted Diamonds Scam Buyers Beware thread or go to RareCarat . com (scroll to the bottom of their page and look to the far left for more information about a law suit to help all victims recover their money). Horrible, unethical business.

Troubling signs... I ordered a loose diamond on May 28th, paying in full, which was supposed to be delivered to me by no later than June 17th. (Although they assured me I would have it by the end of last week June 14th) It is now the closing hours of June 17th and nobody is responding to my emails or instant messages and their phone numbers have been disconnected. This company is a fraudulent business and should be avoided at all cost. I have submitted a report/ complaint through FTC, BBB, and IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) and will update as soon as I hear back from them. Look at all their recent reviews on yelp, google, and even their instagram page. This is a disaster. They have stopped answering calls and chats and emails and apparently stolen lots of money. Stay away from this company. Total nightmare experience. Read the reviews on newest order so you don’t get fooled like so many of us did just sorting by “relevant”
