After my manicure yesterday with Gigi, just a few hours after leaving the salon, the gel polish they used started to come off. When I called to let them know I wasn’t happy, they mentioned that they might have forgotten to cure it under the UV light. Overall, their customer service was really lacking, and the quality of the work, which is supposed to be basic for nail care, was very disappointing. Just wanted to share this in case anyone is considering going there.

I’ve been coming here for years for my lashes and they always do an incredible job! The team is so clean, detailed, and meticulous — my lashes always look perfect and last beautifully. I’ve also had my nails done here and had the same great experience. The salon is spotless, relaxing, and professional. Highly recommend this place for both lashes and nails!
