I am a potential resident paying a short visit to a friend living in the apartment on a Sunday afternoon to look around the facility. I parked my car adjacent to a handicap space with flashes on and it was towed away within 15 minutes. I do not recommend this place. We moved here due to a job relocation. You still have to walk outside from the parking deck (for those of you making a selection for temporary housing). Some of the buildings are not handicap accessible. Some building only have stairs all the way up to the 3rd floor. The door knobs are not handicap friendly either. If you have lots of bags, you need a cart to carry your things since the parking deck is so far away. There are many people that do not leash their dogs and expect you to like Fido a... read more

New management has been an improvement! We've lived here for almost 2 years now and have seen drastic changes in the way Encasa is managed now. Maintenance has been super responsive, the resident holiday party was very fun, the complex is beautifully designed. Can't give it 5 stars because the rent is overpriced (it's near a Google campus) but besides that, it is the nicest place I have ever lived. Surrounding area is not super great but there is a strip mall nearby that you can walk to for happy hour. Nothing Encasa can do ... read more

Been here for 2 months and have had a pleasant experience. The amenities are great and it’s a great place to invite people over. Very few places in the area are this good. Plus, the leasing office management has been responsive and attentive to my asks.
Terrible place that everyone should avoid at all cost. We lived here for 1 year and moved out as soon as our lease was up and so are many residents. The cars in the garage are constantly getting broken into, and we once witnessed a guy with a knife getting shot dead by the police right under our balcony. The hallways always stink with garbage and there are always flies, dirt and trash laying around in the hallways. Expect to also pay a mandatory monthly fee on top of your rent for this mess in what they call “luxury living”.... read more
