Not only do we love our Encanta Home but we continue to have a relationship with its builder. I am very impressed with how Encanta Homes runs their business. About a year after purchase, we were told by the City that we had a problem with a water leak on our side of the property and would be responsible for the repair. We reached out to a local plumbing company and were quoted an exorbitant amount to fix the problem. The estimate required a two day process of trenching our yard and replacing pipes.
