No, solo es súper amable, pero su trabajo es el mejor me hice hace muchos años atrás cuando ella apenas comenzaba y me volví a hacer ahora, y no dejó de sorprenderme como la primera vez!! si buscan hacerse cualquier servicio de cejas no duden en contactarla. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!!! You'd think that someone with these many years in the business would have learned by now how to do their job and be professional, but that is asking for too much apparently. They burned a piece of my mom's eyebrows, refused to acknowledge it, convinced her to do a different treatment to "improve the aesthetics of it" and then they couldn't even reply to her to schedule the stupid treatment. Disastrous Experience at Encanta Cejas - Do Not Recommend! I visited Encanta Cejas and was attended by the owner, Salome Gonzalez, who convinced me to remove part of my eyebrow tattoo. I started going to sessions to remove part of the tattoo, but it was a huge mistake and I had the worst experience of my life. During the second laser procedure, they burned one of my eyebrows and left a visible scar. I feel devastated and frustrated by the lack of professionalism and care they showed.
