Their psychiatric nurse practioner did not show up to two scheduled appointments and did not return my phone calls for rescheduling her mistakes. She did not follow up on prescriptions, leaving me without necessary medication. Extremely unreliable and negligent office.
The psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, her assistant, and the front desk receptionist are negligent and have no business caring for those seeking mental health care. I first called this business on May 5 and made an appt. for a psychiatric intake on May 19. This has been my only positive experience with this office. The lead LMFT was professional, kind, compassionate, and truly seemed interested in connecting me with services to meet my needs.
