Amazing experience - the entire staff is incredible - they are incredibly friendly and personable. Such positive moods and energy throughout the office. They talk you through every step of the way, give detailed explanations, next steps, etc - breaking it down in a very polite yet educational manner. Absolutely amazing dental office! From the second I walked in, the receptionist greeted me like family, so warm and genuine. My hygienist was fantastic, taking her time and making sure I was completely comfortable the whole way through. Highly recommend!
Probably the best experience I’ve ever had a dentist — which I treated as a terrible necessity before. This was really pleasant visit, I was in excruciating pain and they were able to fit in me as early as possible. The appointment was fast and my concerns addressed in a compassionate and professional manner. The dentist and dental assistant were both exceptionally kind and answered all my questions. This was an emergency situation but I will transferring dentists to this office for all my future care.
I have been going to this Enamel Dentistry for the last three years and I am really impressed by their office, their dentist, And hygienists. I really appreciate the transparency. They have with pricing and how they always try to get me a discount or ways I could use my insurance better really great dentist here. Also the location super convenient right in the center of East Austin so can’t really complain. I don’t usually review places but my visit here was so great! The vibes in here made me so cozy with the sunglasses and the TVs on the ceiling. They also worked with me on pricing since I do not have dental insurance. The dental assistant, hygienist, and Dr. Quintana all made me feel comfortable and not shamed for my hygiene. Definitely recommend.
