I have been with this company for many years and had no problems. But recently they discontinued my machine replacement filter and I purchased a filter from their website that used the same sku. After receiving my filter I noticed it doesn’t fit my machine. I paid an out 159 dollars plus 20 shipping. I contacted customer support and they are telling me that I needed other filter and that I can’t be refunded because I made the “right” order. What do they expect? For me to buy another one and shove this one?
I recently spent around $15,000 for 3 of their products to be shipped to me, this was 1.5 months ago. To date they have never been shipped and they have kept my money. If I email them, they refuse to respond. Last response from them was over 1 month ago. If I call them, they refuse to answer questions or give me updates or any why I don't have my products and why they won't ship them. They took my money. A large sum of it, and refuse to deliver the products I purchased.
