My husband and I first met with Enact Systems in August 2025 to begin the process of solar system (panels, battery, EV charging outlet) installation at our home. Absolute worst customer service. I have had a system from Enact Solar for over a year and a half. My system doesn’t seem to produce any energy as my Edison bill is quite high. My home is 1000 ft.². My girlfriend‘s home is 1500 ft.² and her Edison bill is lower than mine. She does not have Solar. I have brought this to their attention and they have ghosted me as of the last five months. The Enact Solar team is very responsive when it comes to my questions as well as system designs and re-designs.
Nice program to build solar proposal. The program can be a little intimidating in the beginning but it's only because it has a lot of features and it can do a lot. In the beginning, you're work closely with the technical rep that will show you the system's functions and abilities. My technical rep, Paige, is great. She is extremely helpful and always willing to talk, even odd hours. I would recommend the program to anyone in the solar industry.
I met the Enact Solar folks at RE+ and was super impressed with their team. I did a free demo at the show and was super impressed. I can’t say enough about their customer service and response time. They are always on top of any issue or question I have! Try them out! You won’t be disappointed!
