I contracted with Enact Solar in October 2025 for the design and installation of a residential solar storage system and paid three installments per the payment schedule. My husband and I first met with Enact Systems in August 2025 to begin the process of solar system (panels, battery, EV charging outlet) installation at our home. Enact was recommended to us by QuitCarbon. We signed a contract with Enact and Bright Energy in September. Permitting was completed by early November. Absolute worst customer service. I have had a system from Enact Solar for over a year and a half. My system doesn’t seem to produce any energy as my Edison bill is quite high. My home is 1000 ft.². My girlfriend‘s home is 1500 ft.² and her Edison bill is lower than mine. She does not have Solar. I have brought this to their attention and they have ghosted me as of the last five months. The Enact Solar team is very responsive when it comes to my questions as well as system designs and re-designs.
Nice program to build solar proposal. The program can be a little intimidating in the beginning but it's only because it has a lot of features and it can do a lot. In the beginning, you're work closely with the technical rep that will show you the system's functions and abilities. My technical rep, Paige, is great. She is extremely helpful and always willing to talk, even odd hours. I would recommend the program to anyone in the solar industry.
