I am writing for my mom who is in assisted living in Bonita Springs. They came in a few months ago and did a cleaning and x- rays and my mom who is 96 gave then her credit card to pay the bill. They were back again recently and did the same items. She asked them what it would cost and they told her don't worry about it. They then charged her card $471 without any authorization and when I called to talk to someone about it received no call back.
