Charles came out and did an inspection for me. He was extremely thorough and very professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend using this company and Charles!
I can not say enough wonderful things about these guys! After some horrible experiences with other inspectors, I toyed with the idea of not even bothering with an inspection. But these two guys saved me from making what would have been a very bad purchase. I can not thank you enough! I will definitely use them again!
I would highly recommend not utilizing this company. Shortly after moving in, we found that our attic had a bat and mouse infestation. When I later asked why my inspector failed to see this issue, I was told it simply wasn't covered...sorry. Come to find out that my next-door neighbor had a similar issue when he moved in. The only difference, his inspector caught the issue prior to closing and was able to get the seller to pay for the problem.
