Enville did the catering for my son‘s wedding in April and the experience was fabulous. The food and service exceeded our expectations but most impressive was Jennifer, our coordinator who took their ideas and made them a reality. She took care of every detail and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stress-free splendid event.
We worked with Andrew and his team to make our wedding vision come true. Andrew helped us create a unique custom menu for our reception that incorporated many varied dishes from our relationship. So many of our guests (and even our vendors) have complimented us on the menu, especially the banana pudding we had for dessert. Andrew provided tons of valuable advice throughout the entire process, not just about the food but also about service, decor, setup, etc.
I recently hosted a party for 80 people. During my selection process for a catering company EnVille surprised me by asking for a Zoom meeting. I hesitantly agreed and was then happy that I did. Andrew made lots of great suggestions that inspired me to choose a menu that was different from the go-to fare one expects at larger events. The tasting at the EnVille premises confirmed my choice. I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for a wedding this past weekend, and she was truly a fantastic vendor to collaborate with. Jennifer was incredibly accommodating and brought a great sense of teamwork. Her familiarity with the venue helped me, as the Planner, get oriented with ease. On the wedding day, she and her team were both friendly and professional, making everything flow smoothly. The food was outstanding as well! The brunch food stations were a big hit with the guests, making it a definite crowd-pleaser.
