I woke up to half my phone screens touch screen being completely unresponsive & not working, they were so helpful in getting my phone screen fixed ASAP!! I work from home, and they actually came & picked my phone up, fixed it, and dropped it back off all within a short timeframe, and my phone screen is brand new & working great again. My wife paid this business $140 upfront via Zelle as requested by the owner ($120 for a touchpad replacement and $20 for pickup/drop-off). She was told the repair would take 3 days, but after multiple follow-ups, the laptop was returned nearly 3 weeks later. The owner personally dropped it off and assured her that a new touchpad had been installed and that the issue was fixed.
