My wife paid this business $140 upfront via Zelle as requested by the owner ($120 for a touchpad replacement and $20 for pickup/drop-off). She was told the repair would take 3 days, but after multiple follow-ups, the laptop was returned nearly 3 weeks later. The owner personally dropped it off and assured her that a new touchpad had been installed and that the issue was fixed.
