Been coming to see Dr Ravi for years. Always very kind and compassionate. Same for my kids. Yes, you wait sometimes, but thats the nature of bulk billing. You have to be patient.
First time visiting this Medical Centre as I have recently moved to Emu Plains. They did not accept any new patients and said this is the same for all Emu Plains Doctors. As they only have 2x doctors available. Told the receptionist who was a nearly 80year old man that this is unusual as the community is growing every day. God forbid our kids and family fall sick in this town because we will need to travel to the next suburb to see a Doctor. The nurse on this morning is absolutely lovely. Very compassionate and caring.
Love coming to this medical practice. I’ve been a patient here for years and Dr Sutharan and all other staff are always so Inviting. This medical practice is the only doctors I’ve been to where they care and look into any issues and suggest every possibility. Would highly recommend.
Have you considered replacing the receptionist with a brick wall? That would help to set realistic expectations.
