Down to the security guard, the receptionist, the nurses the surgeons. Everyone was extremely patient wonderful polite they explained all procedures that were gonna take place. They made sure that the parent was OK every step of the way they let you stay with your baby up until the time of the surgery. Everyone here went above and beyond. I was a nervous wreck, but they continue to reassure me and I would definitely recommend this place to anybody thank you. All who assisted on my son‘s journey.
Staff is very very nice doctors and nurses are extremely understanding in hard situations and you can tell they care for kids and for what they do
The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions and explained everything throughly. They were excellent at keeping my daughter engaged and calm before the procedure. After everything was done they took good care of her and explained the post op procedure. The whole experience which ultimately can be upsetting and anxiety inducing was good and we all felt calm.
