Great staff and service. BUT. Been there 20 times. They're never on time.
My partner needed support with his mental health and saw Nathan I believe. He was suicidal and was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and was unable to keep his job for this reason. Even with a mental health care plan the appointments cost $140 and when payment was a little late the last time, Nathan never returned calls and I can only assume no longer wanted to see him. I think duty of care and compassion could go a long way
