This service from the lift today should be unexceptable by the organization not only did I wait on my scheduled ride back home one hour I was told I had to wait another hour. I am a paraplegic with other underlying medical conditions and this incident put myself and others. Like me at a high risk for a medical Emergency . risk for a medical emergency
