Place is an absolute disgrace. Guy denied me my renewal of T.W.I.C. card because he said, WEBSITE HASN'T been updated. He called the CMPD and according to the WEBSITE and the cops, I was IN COMPLIANCE, I had the TWO(2) necessary documents for renewal but he STILL denied me because he could and did.
Drove an hour to get here for HazMat fingerprinting. They were supposed to open @ 8:30. I got there at 8 and waited till 9. They never opened. Phone # has been disconnected and sign on entrance removed. Do not go here.
Wasting time, rude staff and worse system. It is been 3 weeks their system is down. Dam liars
Why can’t I get in contact with anyone from this place, I completed my fingerprints 7/13/2022 and the NJSP states they do not see anything in their system about my fingerprints or doesn’t even shows that I had it done. I paid this place $106 dollars because there was a out of town fee. I have check my email they never sent any confirmation email after I completed my fingerprints. I need someone to contact me ASAP I can not work without my fingerprints being completed.
