I attempted to contacted the place via email, as instructed on previous email, with no reply except the same email I first received. EMSI sends out numerous email, sometimes multiples in 1 day. In addition, when the rep came out to conduct the exam, she had me sign the wrong form(s). Annoying and not very professional.
Scheduled an appointment for me and did not tell me. I only found out about it through my wife. I had to cancel that appointment as I was not in town and schedule another appointment. I called to confirm my Monday appointment the Friday before to make sure they came to my place of employment rather than my house.
