I have been in the process of remodeling a bathroom so I've been to quite a few flooring/tile stores from Solano to Sacramento County. Lania at Emser tile in Fairfield was absolutely amazing, she was very helpful in the selection process, to securing sample pieces, to placing the order. It's' so hard to find anyone with good customer service skills today, she is an exemplary employee and I highly recommend her. Thank you Lania. Christine

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER JUST HORRIBLE. My husband and I walked in and there were two people behind the counter neither looked at us but did ask, “what do you need?” We are remodeling our kitchen and one woman pointed to a rack and said “those are what we have. “ I tried to ask a question and the woman blew her breath out. In the hour we were there one worker on the phone in a loud voice was distraught because an order went to LA the wrong place while the other worker was upset because she had ordered the wrong color of a... read more
