We cannot express what a wonderful experience we had with Emser Tile. Not only did we finally find the right tile for our needs (should have gone to them first, not last) but from the sales floor representative, to purchasing and delivery, everything was easy. Their easy and secure payment process, confirmations for pick ups and delivery and excellent customer service made the whole process (dare I say) - Enjoyable.
