I have ordered a lot of tile from this place and everyone time I go pick it up it’s always the same experience. The staff members are very rude. They definitely hate their jobs

Horrible servic, initially it’s a very nice vibe, but after you pay delivery times get mixed up, we where told our order would be in in a Wednesday (ina a voicemail) because of weather (understandable). When we called to confirm the rep said “no I said Friday” we took the hit and showed up Friday expecting to get the order at 730 as they said it would be ready by then, after 30 minutes waiting in the car I go in and ask and the rep says “they get around to it, they are busy” good thing they assume I’m not I guess?
