We had a great experience with Ems Team Dryout Masters during the restoration after a bedroom fire and the water damage from putting it out. A mattress ignited quickly, and we used a trash can full of water to stop the flames, which left heavy damage to the bed, linens, carpet, bookcase, and other contents in the room. After the water damage, the floors throughout my whole home needed to be replaced. The crew that came to pack out and remove the furniture and decorations was fantastic. Jesus and the team handled everything with great care and were very careful with all of my belongings during the water damage restoration process.
