In the wake of the Eaton fire, I engaged EMS for remediation for smoke damage. The team was easy to work with, thorough and and efficient. They handled the power washing, surface clean indoors, and HVAC clean. They referred out for insulation removal and replacement. They provided timely and sufficient information to my insurer. It was a pleasure to work with Dave and the entire EMS staff throughout, and the whole matter was done and paid for within days.

Great Service! We had a water leak in our garage and bathroom and EMS restoration was referred to from our insurance company. They really helped us throughout the process of repairs to get our home restored to the way it was before water damages. Erika Ochoa had wonderful customer service and was really helpful when we called to make appt. Thank You Erika for your wonder help.

EMS has been fantastic. We had major water damage to our house while we were out of town. EMS was recommended by our insurer and they have delivered. The cleanup crew was hard working and swiftly removed all debris. They performed theif work in 120+ degree weather. They set up the huge fans to dry everything out. They did an impecable job of screening off the work area to keep the dust from spreading. The demolition crew were efficient and thorough, taking the damaged drywall down to the studs. The worst service ever!! They didn't show up for day, then when they did the only worked 6 hours and left and when I called and talked to supervisor Gabby she said they don't pay overtime and they consider drive time as their work hours. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!

They were really patient and understanding with our restoration process. Helped us out with everything and were available basically 24/7 for any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this company.
