Outstanding service! We've rented through other management services, and didn't have the responsiveness or courtesy that EMS has. When we call for service, they have a repairman calling us to schedule the repair the same day. They are quick, very polite, professional, and friendly. We'll look to rent from them in the future!
After reading sll the reviews I realize that the nicer areas where EMS manages property are happy and the not wealthy areas are not treated as well. I have a friend that reants from EMS and they never call her back and say it’s too expensive to clean a dirty AC.
