this place ruined my life. I have a child to care for and thanks to them I cant get a job. THEY HAVE RUINED MY LIFE!!!! Heartless company! Only wants money all the important buddies drive either teslas or Mercedes and new cars. they dont care about the whole company or certain employees
Ems charges 900.00 just to get u. Who has that kind of money. I would rather die than have them come get me. I have told co workers that they should never call an ambulance for me. Hell they didn't put my iv in right. the hospital had to give me a new one cuz the one they supposedly put in was all wrong. How would u like to pay 1000 for a 2 block ride. and besides my doctor called them not me. Why should I pay???

EMS sent a bill to the Dept. Of Revenue to withhold my wages. I am right now in the process of proving the dept of revenue that I have no bill with EMS. My ssn and other private information was used. EMS does not reply to my emails. I emailed them multiple times to clear my name of their bill because I was never a patient there.
Just by answering the phone, that's the first step.
This is a complete fraud. If this company contacts you for payments do not pay them!!!!!
This company has negatively impacted my credit rating due to an in house error and refuse to correct matters. Please go to NC BBB and read my complaint. Beware of doing business with this company! If they are deceitful in so called small matters.... Debbie Hoffman in compliance, said that she would make things right, and she now refuses to. A company is only as trustworthy as those they choose to represent them.
