Said I “needed a WHOLE new AC system” because mine was to old. Needed to be cleaned and was gonna charge me $950. That’s maintenance and my home warranty does not cover that! Called Harris HVAC and they changed the condenser and fan motor! No cleaning needed and my AC works amazing! EMS HVAC only wants to work new AC system units! Honestly not sure why they take commercial contracts if they only work industrial!
Took money and never received service. These people are not doing work, just taking money. Do not use these people, even with a warranty.

I am so very sorry - I left a negative review for the wrong EMS, please accept my apology. Sadly, I see this has happened before. **THIS IS NOT EMS SERVICES that contracts with home warranty companies and my previous review was not directed towards this company.
