I am so very sorry - I left a negative review for the wrong EMS, please accept my apology. Sadly, I see this has happened before. **THIS IS NOT EMS SERVICES that contracts with home warranty companies and my previous review was not directed towards this company.
These guys were contracted by my home warranty company to look at my AC issue. It took them 3 days to show up. The tech was nice, diagnosed the issue but I'm told by two different people that first the report was issued to hone warranty this morning. Then I get message from home warranty that they are reassigning so I call EMS again and I'm told it's still under review. Frankly I'm not happy with EMS or First American Hm Warranty. You can't reach EMS directly, it goes to answering service in another country the tech told me!
