It's our mission to make the process transparent, whether we are explaining how we calculate an appraisal value or are helping you find a gift that lasts a lifetime. I highly recommend Elizabeth. She is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She graciously flexed her schedule to help match my inflexible one. While evaluating my pearls, she took the time to explain to me what she looks for and how the market has changed over the years. Elizabeth was excellent! Was able to fit me in on short notice over the weekend and help get a quick verbal estimate on a selection of jewelry that I’m deliberating listing for second hand sale. Could tell she was very knowledgeable and super helpful with my novice understanding of these things.
