I had a spectacular experience with Elizabeth. I had been searching for months for the perfect yellow sapphire with a GIA certification and she had exactly the stone I was looking for. She worked endlessly with me to get it in the perfect setting. Her communication was great and I was always in the loop. I would buy from her again without hesitation! Elizabeth at EMS Estates did an excellent job enlightening us as to the value of some family heirlooms and jewelry we have collected over the years. A few pieces were worth more than we anticipated, and a few were just vintage costume jewelry; regardless, Elizabeth treated each piece as a treasure. She is extremely knowledgeable and was very clear in explaining the current value, and gave us both a 'dealers price' and a 'fair-market-value'.
