Outstanding service. Employees are excellent, polite, and very helpful
My car battery went and needed to call AAA for a jump start. EMS was there in 30 minutes and got my car started. Then off I went to get a brand new battery. Excellent customer service.
Horrible experience. Was told my car would be towed same day. Then Called me back 5 minutes after, and said it would be towed next morning first thing at 730AM. Next day car wasn’t towed until noon. Car had been sitting with key in it for 18 hours since they said it was going to be picked up same day. Missed a scheduled service appointment. Cost me a bunch of time and money.
