We used Emricks for our move from Oklahoma to South Carolina. The crew on each end was outstanding. Our driver, Perry, was very knowledgeable and professional. The packing crew in Oklahoma and the unloading crew in South Carolina were amazing. I highly recommend this moving company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Zero customer support once the moves starts. Broken furniture, missing items, 1/4 of our house still hasn't arrived 17 days after they failed to get our items on the one and only load we were supposed to have. Tore up our new house. Even put an armoire through the wall. Gift cards went missing while they were packing us. The driver was trying to fix antique furniture with glue and nails so he wouldn't have to pay a deductible for our claim. A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!
Multiple items damaged and did not honor 100% replacement with no deductible contract.

Emricks did an exceptionally amazing job moving me and my family. The courteous packers and careful loaders did such a fantastic job. When my family moves again, I will use them with no hesitation!
Literally the WORST experience with a moving company. Outlandish delivery windows and their idea of "compromise" is wanting us to push our moving date earlier so things can be delivered on the day we want, which does not solve the fact that we would be waiting for a week to have things delivered. I would recommend paying strangers off the street to load things into a UHAUL and driving it yourself before I would recommend this company.
We had great services from Emricks Van and Storage Co. They were prompt and took very good care of our belongings while packing our home. They were friendly and worked efficiently. When unloading at our new residence, they created a few dings but were open and honest about it and we were able to resolve the solution quite easily. I would recommend Emricks to anyone needing moving or storage help.
