Go elsewhere! This salon is completely unprofessional, and I should’ve taken the initial red flags more seriously. When I arrived, there was a couple replacing ceiling tiles, with dust and debris falling into the waiting area — not exactly the clean, welcoming environment you’d expect for a nail service. They require you to provide your credit card at booking and clearly state there will be a fee for late arrivals or no-shows. Fine — except that courtesy doesn’t go both ways. Rashida is the owner and my amazing nail tech.. She is an absolute amazing artist and woman. Not only do the people who work there make you feel welcomed at all times, the environment it self is very welcoming. Rashida is a beautiful woman inside and out.
