She’s was so kind and willing to help someone that she didn’t believe would even be a customer- after this encounter , I quickly booked a service with her! Lexis is a kind and patient professional. I’ve gone back for my second wax with Lexis and she remembered me after 1 visit over a year and half ago. Picked up conversation like it was just yesterday. She gave me all the encouragement and attention I needed as a newbie and made me feel comfortable. I don’t live in the Carolinas and I have never let anyone but Lexis provide me service. I’m literally willing to cross several state lines to get my waxes done by only Lexis.
I have been getting waxed for 8 years by 1 person. I moved to Rock hill and wanted something closer. I loved Lexi welcome smile. She was great. I was relaxed. We were able to have conversation. Everything was great. I definitely will be coming back. Lexi thank you
