I really had a 2-star experience but I think if I had spoke Spanish it would have been a better. Our language barrier made it difficult to communicate so I didn't even bother to ask for the Christmas artwork I was hoping to get I'm definitely deducting one star because they began chipping after only 7 days and another star because I was asked to wash my hands with soap. Fui hacerme las uñas de las manos y la jovencita me atendió súper rápido, no preguntó ni si quería manicure,me quitó el shelak muy rápido y me las pintó súper mal No se tomó el tiempo para ver Cómo me habían quedado Iba a regresar aque me quitara el esmalte que dejó alrededor de mis uñas pero simplemente no vuelvo a ese lugar Me dejó las uñas todas mal limadas horribles Ojalá y la dueña esté más al pendiente de sus trabajadoras

I went in as walk in and lady there attend me, no problem on a Sunday about to close , she was si nice and did a goos job with my pedicure

Beautiful place but they can work on their customer service, not very welcoming and make you feel like they don’t want to give you a service. No clients in the place and neither of the 2 girls there wanted to attend me, they were going back n forth on who was gonna attend me. ~ Liz H
