Empress Nails is truly a hidden gem! The salon is spotless, and the massage chairs are incredibly comfortable. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. Linda was amazing and easy to communicate with. She was so attentive and thoughtful, taking her time to make sure my pedicure and massage were absolutely perfect. Made an appointment for a pedi & full set. Pedicure was fine. Then I transitioned to a different woman, Amy I believe, for the full set. I showed her two pictures of the exact shape I wanted and she argued with me about it not being possible (shorter coffin tips). I looked down at the photos confused. She aggressively and quickly clipped and filed and at least 4 were completely off center.
