Not sure why people think this is such a good place. We Keep giving it a chance . This is our at least our fourth time visiting ended walking out hungry. This is the best Chinese restaurant in Napa! Good service, delicious food, beautiful inside and out. They made the food exactly how we wanted. It's a great location for birthday parties, family gatherings, and date nights. They have a nice bar to enjoy a few drinks after work. We will definitely be visiting again.
I ordered a lunchbox while my car was getting maintained at the Toyota dealer next door. The food is delicious. It also came with an eggroll and a sesame ball, which was a pleasant surprise. Good portion size. Friendly service.
We held our class reunion here with nearly 60 people! Most were vegetarians! Empress M catered to our needs and beyond. Service was outstanding and food wax excellent. One of the best Chinese food we have tasted
I was very disappointed with my experience at Empress M in Napa. I usually don't complain but this really was too much. My family and I came in looking forward to a nice meal, but the service immediately set the wrong tone. Our waitress, Michelle, was rude and unfriendly, making us feel more like an inconvenience than paying customers. Unfortunately, the food and overall dining experience didn't make up for the poor service.
