We live just around the corner and Empress M has become one of our go-to spots. The Spicy Chicken Wings are a must-order every time, and the Crispy Flounder is amazing—crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked. I also love that they have a huge TV, so it’s a great place to grab some food and drinks while watching the Giants game. My first date and the food was so good and so excellent!!! The flavor is a mince!! By far the best Chinese food in Napa
Authentic dim sum made by head chef from Hong Kong! The quality of ingredients and craftsmanship are top notch. The egg tarts are a pleasant surprise! The tart is authentically flaky and taste very fresh (not like the ones sitting around stale ad oily). They do the dim sum in cart style. Service could be slow sometimes but the staff are incredibly helpful. The wine prices are very fair. Excellent Riesling selection, which is fitting for Cantonese food. Will return again.
Dim Sum in Napa at Empress M cuisine and Ordered over 30 dim sum dish for 3 peoples. We ordered beef short ribs many times. It was so good. Forgot to order, black sesame cake and sticky rice dumpling. I give it a 7.5 out of 10. Not the best, limited choice and no rice rolls or fancy dim sum but for the price, it is good enough. Restaurant is very clean, rest room is very clean too, very good service and they are very friendly and interior looks fancy. Not bad and better than average. You can't beat the price.
