The staff and the doctor were kind and well-experienced about eyesight and insurance etc. it was my first time to visit and I felt comfortable to get a basic eye’s exam and check my eyesight and eye condition with the doctor. I got a prescription and ordered new lands. I was able to make an appointment so quickly and I did not wait once I arrived there. I am satisfied with these services so I will definitely visit again.
I have had several very similar and consistently unpleasant experiences with this optical clinic, which unfortunately makes it hard for me to recommend it. The first issue was with my child's glasses. We were told the glasses would be ready in about two weeks (sometimes sooner), so we planned accordingly. After nearly three weeks with no call, we contacted the clinic on a Thursday and were told the glasses had not yet been delivered but might arrive on Friday or the following Monday. My daughter got swiped by our cat but even though his claws were retracted what was protruding and slightly touched her eyes. It was 6pm on a Saturday night and I desperately searched for an eye clinic and Express Eye Clinic happened to still be open. I quickly rushed my daughter to the clinic hoping for an optometrist to assess her eye. They were fully booked to 7pm closing time.
