This is a most go to shop. Greetings at the door when you enter with respect. The grls make sure to get you in asap as they can be a 10/15 min break as sometimes styles can take a little longer then expected but you will be seated asap as they respect everyone's time! Also snacks and drinks a provided to all clients..

Empress Creation is beautiful nicely decorated dreadlock shop located on 65 river street in Mattapan. I found Vanessa by business name on instagram @empresscreation. I sent her a message saying I saw her shop in the area would like to come in. She responded quickly and told me I could come in the following day for a consultation! Vanessa is an absolutely amazing Loctician who does a phenomenal job for both me and my son. Every visit with her is a positive experience. She is incredibly efficient, always on time, and truly respects her clients’ appointments. I have been living in Boston for years now and I have to say, I’ve never come across any loc -tician that is on time, holds appointments in a timely manner … if you know you know . I came across Empress and from day 1 , walking into this establishment , my jaw dropped. It is beautiful , secure, and the people are amazing.
