Carley Powell is absolutely phenomenal. I literally cannot sing her praises loud enough. She’s completely transformed my look a few times now and has blown me away each time. This woman is not only an expert at all things hair and color but she’s able to meet people where they are and create a unique experience and style for each person’s needs. The girl was very nice but my roots are still showing and was charged double what the website said 🥺 luckily I brought an extra hundred bc I honestly thought it would be $110 like the website said for a bleach and tone. After I asked about the price difference they changed it down to 150 and I paid 160.
