RecommendedIt’s been 24 days now, our Wedding was perfect. Carmela, Gus, and all the other staff we thank you. The food was spectacular, our florist Diego did an incredible job on the decor. I have continued to hear how beautiful Empress looked, and again how good the food tasted. I highly recommend Empress Banquets for any event you would like to have. laced a $250.00 deposit down to have an event at Empress pre-COVID. A couple months later during quarantine I asked for a refund given the circumstances and they refuse to give me any money back. It’s been over 2.5 months and I have yet to hear from anyone. This is bad for business and doesn’t look good from any standpoint. The last time I spoke to them they indicated we cannot do anything until we can reopen the doors and start generating revenue. I’m a 100% Italian . Everyone immigrated here including my husband and his family. We are about food. I’m sorry to all the competition’s from the huge gorgeous halls they build - because the truth is.... NO ONE VENUE has better food than Empress! No one has a better staff and managers,, owners, and party planners. No one! And I can say that because we have a huge family and every other month at least there is a baptism, wedding, graduation, communion, shower, etc.. in our family.
