I was impressed that Dalton was able to pinpoint the problem with my stereo. All I needed was a line output converter to clean up the sound in my car. It made a huge difference. The JL Audio loc is awesome.
I had a backup camera installed - it turned out that the camera was malfunctioning. He installed a new camera and didn't charge me for the installation. It is rare these days when a business treats you fairly - I will be back and highly recommend Empress Audio.
