If I could leave no stars I would. Extremely unprofessional and rude.. Called me at 6am and woke up my 7th month old to reschedule my appointment for that day to the 20th of this month. I then got a text last night at 9pm asking to complete forms for an appointment on the 13th. I stated I did not have an appointment on the 13th and that if I was going to be contacted at crazy hours she could cancel the appointment.
