Had an appointment scheduled that the therapist never showed up to. Have been calling for 3 days and have left messages with the office and the therapist. No one answers the phone or returns the messages. Clearly, there is a reason this is the only place without a wait-list for appointments.
Absolutely useless. They made me withdraw my daughter from the programs she was in so that “she could be placed in their therapy programs” only to never put her in any programs. My daughter has been without group therapy and programs that she needs for over 6 months. I complained all the time about the lack of communication and just got a letter in the mail today dated AN ENTIRE MONTH AGO that my daughter was kicked out of Empowering Minds due to MY non-engagement.
