Anne is FANTASTIC at what she does! I came to her to get support in several areas of my life, including some physical pain. The speed at which these issues have either improved or completely resolved has been such a relief, & blown my mind to be honest. Even the physical pain, which was in my knee, has gone. I've been seeing Anne as my kinesiologist for two years now and can't recommend her enough. She has been such a helpful practitioner through many work and life transitions, managing stress and getting clarity on how to move forward.
