My son Ben has been with Empowering Care for 6 years. He is very complex and needs a lot of support. Empowering Care have shown great Care and support not only to Ben but also the family. There is never a day that his support isn't able to be given by experienced staff. Specialised training is given to staff without any issues that he requires. Great communication, compassion and always accommodating from the CEO to office staff to his Carers. Highly recommend. Thank you Marlene and all the staff for your constant support

0 star rating- from an employees perspective. 1 star because GOOGLE makes me give that at minimum. This is a provider registered for NDIS services under core, 2A behaviour and skill building Upon starting my employment with Empowering Care, I was given a "casual" contract which was rectified IMMEDIATELY at induction. I have never come across an organisation with such a high turnover of administration staff in all my life. Clients are not advised of changes until they inquire if staff have left. Rosters are changed on clients without notice. This agency is about making profits and not about care of clients or employees.
